Shipping
We charge a Flat Shipping Rate of R99 to anywhere in the country (South Africa).
Usually, between 3 to 7 business days. Note: This is dependent on the courier company. However, if there are any unforeseen circumstances causing a delay, you will be notified.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the relevant courier that is being used to deliver your parcel. This tracking number can then be used to track your order on the courier’s website.
Yes, it is. When placing an order, please select the “Pickup In-Store” option. The address of pickup is 157 Woburn Ave, Benoni, 1501. Once at the pickup point, kindly contact us on our telephone (074 900 0900).
Returns & Exchanges
Our Products may only be exchanged/returned if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is still it its original packaging and is not damaged or dirty
- All accessories that came with the product are intact and nothing is missing
- The exchange/return is logged within 7 days (after the date of delivery).
All products will be inspected once returned.
Once you have met the conditions of logging an exchange or return, kindly fill in the contact form online or send us an email on orders@sparkedink.co.za.. Our team will then contact you to facilitate the process of logging a return.
- With regards to exchanges and returns, the courier charges relating to returning the goods and re-delivery (if it’s an exchange) would need to be paid by the customer. Therefore, we recommend that customers should always view our size chart prior to placing an order.
Bulk Orders & Wholesale
We do allow customers to stock our items and buy in bulk. However, this is subject to a minimum order quantity. Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash on Delivery.
